Through customer feedback and competitive analysis, we identified that the existing Walmart registry experience lacked some of the core tools customers expected.
Through customer feedback and competitive analysis, we identified that the existing Walmart registry experience lacked some of the core tools customers expected.
This insight sparked a larger redesign effort, grounded in user research to understand how people navigate the entire registry journey.

This research helped us identify the full registry journey, customer motivations, pain points, and key touchpoints where Walmart could provide more guidance, flexibility, and control.

We also studied the U.S. registry industry. This helped us validate the business opportunity and shift the project from improving isolated features to reimagining the registry experience as a more complete, connected, and supportive journey.

I contributed across the process, from research and discovery to concept generation, product alignment, UI exploration, and final design refinement.
